Cicadea Biotech provides custom PCR testing strategies and services for microbe detection and gene detection. We also serve as a Contract Research Organization for corporate and government clients. The lab is located at the Helix Center, a Biotech Incubator in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Develop custom PCR assays to detect microbes and genes

We can develop PCR assays according to the known DNA sequence. Our assays will be customized to meet your needs. They are validated according to standard QC protocols.

Provide PCR testing services for different testing purposes

We offer quick turn-around service for our clients by running either customized PCR assays or other validated PCR assays. We can perform high-throughput testing for many samples or multiplex assay testing for small sample size.

Run digital PCR assays for cancer detection or other purposes

With the new Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) technology, we can detect cancer mutations and pathogens with high sensitivity and accuracy.

Perform large scale genomic DNA analysis on bacteria or others

With our industrial experience in high throughput DNA analysis, we can perform large scale genomic DNA analysis on bacteria from any samples.
